Recipio: to go back, retreat

I had the PLEASURE of attending a fieldtrip with Nicole this morning. National Institute of Fitness and Sport. BEING there with her (after more than a month of her requests and reminders): THAT is my biggest accomplishment this month.

Not unrelated (and almost as special) was the opportunity to have breakfast yesterday morning with my wonderful nephews and niece (who live less than a mile away).
