ONE more cost of getting too busy: failing to keep all the computers properly tuned and locked-down.
Cost of that: Viruses and Spyware.
Cost of that:
- hours (days) of my life spent trying to clean crap off computers.
- $ spent on upgrades to anti-virus and spyware cleaners.
- unresolved problems (after all the above).

Disappointments:
Lowes - failed to notify fence installer that fence was paid for…
DirecTV - failed to cancel account and credit for installation/equipment which never occured (after two notifications)
Comcast - on-line order processing indicates “installation services will contact you within 2 days to confirm and schedule…” (WHICH days do they count?)
Championship Dodge - on-line service scheduling [...]
